From 2009 to today

    Founded our first proprietary company, Geecon Global, in the UK.

  2. 2011

    Registered Geecon System as a Private Limited Company in India as our first delivery centre, with a team of six.

  3. 2012

    Registered Geecon Global as a Private Limited Company in the UK and launched our flagship in the Middle East.

  4. 2013

    Global team strength reached 100.

  5. 2015

    Launched our flagship in Australia, Canada and the United States. Team strength reached 200.

  6. 2016

    Registered Geeconsys Limited as the UK subsidiary of Geecon Systems.

  7. 2017

    Launched our flagship in Ireland.

  8. 2018

    Rebranded Geeconsys Limited as Visualytes Limited. Global team strength reached 250. Launched our flagship in the Isle of Man as Imperial IT.

  9. 2019

    Acquired the six-year-old e-commerce business i-Wood Inc Limited. Reached a client count of 300+ and 1000+ project deliveries.

  10. 2022

    Focused on cloud services and digital process automation, optimising business operations.

  11. 2024

    Enhanced digital marketing services, emphasising branding, influencer collaborations and interactive content.
